A new bill HR2801 – Home Ownership Moves the Economy (HOME) Act of 2009 has been introduced in the House with the following provisions:

• Virtually anyone who purchases a primary residence through the end of 2010 is eligible
• Income limitations are lifted
• Waiver of repayment is extended

We have seen the impact that the original bill has made on the housing market and this could further boost the housing market but at what cost to future generations.  We need to be cautious!!
