It is that time of year when Hoosiers drive from all over the state to the Indiana State Fair, it begins today with the hot air balloon race and goes until August 23rd.

What is your favorite attraction?  The food?  The rides?  The concerts?  The animals?  Or just people watching which happens to be my favorite thing to do at the State Fair.  Of course that and enjoying a ribeye sandwich & an elephant ear.

What food are they deep frying this year?  I don’t know about you but some of the combinations they come up with are just gross!
