Kim Carpenter, a local real estate agent serving Geist, Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Zionsville, McCordsville and various areas of Indianapolis, has become an official part of the Keller Williams Realty team. This is Kim’s 18th year in the industry. She chose the profession for two reasons: for the flexibility it afforded her in being available to raise her kids when they were younger, and because, as she puts it, “I love the opportunity to meet new people and make their dreams of home ownership come true.“
Kim grew up in small towns as a child, communities where everyone knew everyone, something that led to her outgoing personality and charisma for real estate. Her mom is a realtor as well, so she’s been around the industry for a while.
Kim worked in accounting for several years before Real Estate. It was only after both her kids were in school that she decided to take a part time job as an unlicensed assistant at Re/Max Ability Plus. In 1999, she became licensed and took on an assistant position at Century 21. Over the years, as her clients grew, she was driven to expand her reach.
Despite her business success, Kim prides herself in leading a balanced life. She likes to spend her spare time with her friends and family, boating on Geist or just relaxing at home.
Kim is very excited to be joining Keller Williams Realty. “The office atmosphere is very relaxed and very motivating,” she said. “They really do everything they can to help you grow and be successful.”
When asked what her future goals with Keller WIlliams were, Kim replied, “I want to continue to service my clients as I do now, but at the same time, add others to my team so that they can continue on my legacy in the business.”
She promises clients will continue to get the same quality of service, just with a new and exciting twist.
