Do you live in Lawrence Township?  Ever wonder what impact has the economy had on your neighborhood from 2006 to 2008?  Let’s take a look at a few neighborhoods in the Lawrence Township Market.

The largest decline in average sales price that I reviewed was in Masthead where the negative appreciation was 45.5%.  This can be attributed to the fact that 3 of the 5 sales in 2008 were bank owned properties thus contributing to the decrease.

The largest increase occured in Beamreach with a 6.1% appreciation, the average sales price in 2006 was $250,545 and $255,150 in 2008.

It is always good to localize the media so that we can better understand how it affects us.  What does the future hold for Lawrence Township….close to historic low mortgage rates, a large inventory of homes and some very motivated sellers.  If you are looking to move, now would be a great time.

If you  are exploring the possibility of selling or buying a home in 2009, I hope you will give the opportunity to assist you.  I am a Lawrence Township resident of 26 years with one child who graduated from LN and one who is currently a junior.   I Make Dreams Happen, One Home at a Time!
