Lessons learned by observing others…

We all have bad days and can feel defeated, believe me I know, I had one yesterday….. But those days make us stronger and make us grow as caring individuals. 🙂

I have been a real estate agent for 17 years now and I learn something everyday by observing others behaviors.  Whether it feeling rejected when a seller chooses someone else to list their home or when you try your best and can’t get a client the home they really wanted…there is something to learn from those experiences.

My daughter was a competitive gymnast for most of her life and I saw her struggle to accept defeat many times but also saw her triumph, like when she became the National Vault Champion in 2007.  She too has learned from those experiences and now applies those lessons to her everyday life.  She is currently applying for PA schools and the waiting and rejection is so hard to handle but she is handling it gracefully.

We can all learn a lesson from Olympian Shaun White by observing his behavior after his loss this week.  Wait?  Was it truly a loss?  Afterall, he WON a spot on the Olympic Team once again.  He is a true inspiration to us all!

THANKS SHAUN WHITE!!!!
