If you are looking to purchase a home or just curious about the market in your area, including how much a home sold for, then check out the new capabilities of my website.

  •  Go to  Home Search and put in your criteria:  You can search by 1)Area 2)Subdivision 3)Address/zip 4)School District 5)County/city – make sure you click on “Active Listings”, “Solds” or “Foreclosures”.
  • You can get the sold information and “Exclusive Data” such as original list price, price history and days on the market only by registering on the website.  Thisregistration information comes to me.  You will get a confirmation email when with instructions for activating.  You only have to do this once for all properties.  When you click on a property when the detail screen opens on the right you will see “Exclusive Data section”  click the “unlock to register.  Once registered, you then only have to log in when you visit the site again.
  • You can also save a search based on your criteria and then you will be notified when a property comes on the market or sells (when you save a sold search)

This is a unique capability, usually only offered by real estate offices.  Feel free to share this log in information with others and of course, call me when you are ready to buy or sell!
