The Indiana Association of Realtors has released it’s”Indiana Real Estate Markets Report ” for October, comparing October 2009 vs. October 2008. The full report can be found online at IndianaIsHome.com. This is a hopeful sign for those looking to buy or sell.
Hamilton County sales are up 29.2% with the median sales price decreasing 2.4% from $196,000 to $191,250.
Marion County sales are up 23.7% with the median sales price increasing from $82,000 to $92,500.
