Did you know that some HOA companies now require upfront payment to process a request for the association dues letter needed to complete a home closing? The $150-$200 fee is NON-refundable and can take 7-10 days to receive after payment is made.

Upon acceptance of a purchase agreement our friends at Chicago Title will make notification as to how the payment between you and the management company will need to be completed. Failure to complete the payment in a timely manner could potentially delay a closing!
